If you learn that your equipment is not in the substantial condition as represented in the Veri-Point report, you may contact us and remit a written dispute. Terra Point will review the dispute and re-inspect the merchandise and determine a fair and equitable solution. Keep in mind, Veri-Point inspections are performed solely for the purpose of reporting visual conditions and anything that may occur sub surface beyond the scope of visual inspections could be unknown. Therefore, Terra Point urges bidders to inspect the merchandise through the photos, videos, and inspection reports and additionally, Terra Point will make available when possible, live appointment inspections prior to the sale, allowing knowledgeable buyers the opportunity to inspect the merchandise.
